95 Empire is comprised of the Empire Black Box and School@95. It's a performance space and a learning place. 95 Empire supports artists of all levels, providing a forum and home for work in theatre, dance, film, literary arts, sound-art and forms that stretch genre conventions. We are committed to creativity, accessibility and affordability in our art and educational offerings, while striving for incomparable experiences for our audiences.
In addition to regular programming, special events and classes, 95 Empire is dedicated to the presentation of original performance works through the Residence@95 program, which focuses on local companies and/or artists working in live performance.
