All editorial pages were meticulously laid out in 'Rolling Stone' style with an absurd amount of text by Kim Thompson and Marc Arsenault. This issue was featured in the now long defunct Magazine & Bookseller publishing industry periodical.
The front cover was created by Kim Thompson (concept and copy writing), Drew Friedman (illustration), Jim Blanchard (logo) & Marc Arsenault (typesetting and layout).
