"Buddy Cleans House" refers to Buddy separating himself from the bad influences in his life, but the main event in the issue is the tragic (yet comedic) suicide of Buddy's ex-pal Stinky, who was depressed and on drugs. The effect on Butch is truly touching (not to mention disturbing). The issue also boasts a very funny parody of the comic strip Cathy, written by Bagge with art by R. Crumb!
