On Thursday September 16, Psycho Donuts holds their Downtown San Jose Shop Launch Event from 6:00pm – 9:00pm. Get a sneak peek at the new store, try a free donut sample, see some live comedy sketches from the folks at ComedySportz, and more! The new Psycho Donuts is, in fact, the concession stand and lounge at Camera 3 cinemas in Downtown San Jose, more specifically 288 S. 2nd Street, San Jose, CA 95113 at San Carlos. There is a full and fancy coffee bar, the (un)usual donuts and squalid typical treats like popcorn and jujubees. UPDATE: A few photos from the event are in this flickr set.

The Psycho Nurse! 2011 Psycho Donuts 13-Month Calendar – published by Wow Cool and designed by Marc Arsenault – is now available for pre-order from Amazon. Ordering from Amazon is the quickest way to get the calendar for the simple reason that their warehouse is located much closer to the printer than either Wow Cool or Psycho Donuts. The calendar is expected to ship from Amazon early next week. As soon as we have it in stock way out here on the west coast it will be announced in this blog, and can then be purchased direct from Wow Cool or at Psycho Donuts’ two South Bay locations.
