Soba is about the artist Nebojsa Seric – ‘Shoba’, who was a student at the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo between 1989 and 1992 and a member of then local cult punk band Sikter. He was drafted into army of Bosnia and Herzegovina during the Siege of Sarajevo. Shoba currently lives and works in New York City.

Soba was collected together with “Christmas with Karadzic” from Zero Zero #15 (1996) in the book War’s End (2005).
