Skim Lizard was the flagship anthology of 1990’s Berkeley, California comics collective Puppy Toss. Four issues of Skim Lizard have been unearthed from the archives. The publisher, cartoonist and comics historian Dylan Williams, best known for his successful small press publishing house and distribution company Sparkplug Comic Books, died on September 10, 2011 of complications due to cancer. He was 41 years old. He was a good friend and inspiration to many people in the comic book community, including many of those who have worked with Wow Cool over our 29+ years. Dylan was a founder of Puppy Toss and an editor and contributor to Skim Lizard.
