I lost a one-time bandmate the other day and comics lost one of its greatest champions. I’m still confused and shocked by the news. I rarely had the opportunity to just talk casually to Alvin Buenaventura away from something else going on. I’ve only known him for the last couple of years. I will miss him greatly. Alvin gave a lot to comics.
