He's won this category several times in the past, and we’re glad to see him back on top. Thanks in part to his leading role in the seven-member, quasi-political monstrosity Evolution/Revolution, and his participation in the long-running performance-rock group Bunny Brains, Jason Martin has been very active—and very odd—again this year.
